Delivery

All shipments in Belgium and Europe are sent by traceable, signed and insured services. We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as possible after receiving your online order.

Tracking control

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way, which will also include your tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier. In order to take advantage of your rights under this return policy, we encourage you to send items by registered mail, with the attached "Reasons for Return" form, to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returns under this policy.

Late delivery

If you have recently placed an order and believe your order delivery is late, contact customer@isatio.com making sure to include your order number and any other details you feel are relevant to your query and we take appropriate action.
Before contacting us regarding a late delivery, we kindly ask that you take into account non-working days which may affect the delivery time.

Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and you wish to return a product to us. To enable you to return products to us, under appropriate circumstances, we have created a 14 day return policy.

We will issue a full refund to you for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this return policy but excluding the cost of returning the product to us. We will only refund money received from you using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

If the product does not suit you, you have the right to return a product to us when:

  • We receive the returned product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product at the purchase address;

  • The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any seal or shrink wrap intact and with all tags still attached, and otherwise in a condition that allows us to sell the product as new.

Customers are responsible for covering all costs associated with returning items to us.

Exclusions : The following types of products cannot be returned under this policy:

  • any product manufactured to your specifications;

  • out product made to order;

  • Gift Certificates.

Incorrect returns

When you return a product in violation of this policy
(and where you have no other legal right to return the product):

  • We will not refund or exchange the product;

  • We may retain the returned product until you pay us the additional amount we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

  • If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a payment request, we may dispose of the returned product at our sole discretion without any liability to you.
